Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Satellite Launch Vehicle Mission 2023 was launched on Sunday with the initiative of The Martin Foundation in collaboration with Dr APJ Abdul Kalam International Foundation and Space Zone from the Pattipolam village of Chengalpattu district in Tamil Nadu. Students from standard 6 to 12 across the country were trained to design and develop 150 PICO satellites, that have been launched through the rocket. 7th ‘Operation Dost’ Flight Carrying 23 Tons Of Relief Material Reaches Syria

On Saturday the 7th 'Operation Dost' flight took off for Turkey and Syria from Hindon Airbase in UP's Ghaziabad landed in Syria (earthquake affected area) on Sunday. The IAF aircraft will first go to Syria and after unloading the relief materials will head to Turkey. As per the MEA, the aircraft has flown to the Syria with more than 35 tons of relief material, 23 tons of relief material will be provided to Syria and 12 tons to Turkey.

Reportedly, the Iranian woman has accused Adil of rape on the pretext of marriage when they were living with each other in Mysore. Calcutta High Court cancels appointment of 1,911 school staff in Bengal recruitment scam

The Calcutta High Court on Friday canceled the recruitment of 1,911 Group D employees in various schools in West Bengal while hearing the multi-crore recruitment scam. "A bench headed by Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay directed the West Bengal School Service Commission to cancel the recommendations given to 1,911 candidates," said advocate Firdaus Shamim, appearing for the petitioners.
