At least seven persons received minor injuries when a low intensity bomb exploded in Bihar’s Lakhisarai district. Sushil Kumar, SP of Lakhisarai, confirmed the incident. He said, “The bomb was kept in a plastic bag and was placed in the back yard of a house which belongs to a person named Lutan Rajak. Russian shelling hit a 10-storey apartment building in Kiev, leaving one person injured, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said. According to the State Emergency Service, fire erupted on the first through the fifth floors of the building located in the capital city’s the Podil neighbourhood. The fire was extinguished 6.51 a.m. and the injured person has been hospitalised.
