Bharat Forge to Announce Q3 Results on February 12; Board to Consider Interim Dividend

Bharat Forge, a widely held stock among mutual funds, has scheduled a board meeting on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
In an exchange filing, the company said the board will also review a proposal for declaring an interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025–26.
The auto components major had reported a strong performance in the previous quarter, posting a 23% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹299 crore for Q2FY26. Revenue from operations grew 9.3% YoY to ₹4,032 crore, while EBITDA increased 12% to ₹726 crore, with margins improving to 18%. The company said its performance was aided by the first-time consolidation of K-Drive Mobility and improved execution in the defence business. Bharat Forge shares ended 1.64% higher at ₹1,582 on the BSE on Monday. The stock opened with a strong gap-up but saw limited follow-through buying during the session.
According to technical analysts, the near-term bias remains positive, with immediate support seen around ₹1,570 and resistance placed in the ₹1,680–1,700 zone. Investors are now closely tracking the upcoming earnings and dividend decision for further cues
