India's crude oil imports are likely to improve in November with key refineries, including Mangalore, Kochi and Mathura, restarting after maintenance, according to global real-time data and analytics provider Kpler. The agency estimates India's refineries will increase by 250,000 barrels per day month-on-month to 5.41 million barrels per day during the month, the highest since July.
