Pioneering health and hygiene through the lens of technology, Durex’s The Birds and Bees Talk (TBBT) emerges as the avant-garde force at the 24th Hornbill Festival, introducing innovative solutions for health awareness in Northeast India.

The festival’s inauguration on December 1, 2023, saw the integration of cutting-edge technologies, symbolizing a paradigm shift in health communication. The VR Runner game, a technological marvel, elucidates the five principles of TBBT—Protection, Awareness, Consent, Inclusion, and Equity. The festival’s dynamic stalls, featuring Face Painting, Wrist Tattoos, and a 360-degree videobooth, showcase a fusion of technology and creativity.

Director of Tourism, Nagaland, Keduosieu Metha, emphasized the technological synergy, stating, “Partnering with TBBT aligns with the festival’s values and reinforces essential principles, especially among adolescents.” Gaurav Jain, Senior Vice President, South Asia, Reckitt, reiterated the commitment to a cleaner and healthier world through active engagement with the youth.
