Flipkart is redefining the two-wheeler market in India with a fully digital, end-to-end purchasing platform ahead of its Big Billion Days 2025 festival. The platform offers a wide array of petrol and electric two-wheelers from leading OEMs, including Hero, TVS, Bajaj, Suzuki, TVS iQube, Chetak, Ather, VIDA, OLA, Ampere, and premium motorcycles like Royal Enfield, Jawa Yezdi, KTM, and Triumph.
From an economic standpoint, the recent GST reduction on two-wheelers under 350cc from 28% to 18% (effective September 22) is likely to spur demand, particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Flipkart’s integrated digital journey—including registration, insurance, and financing options—combined with loan tenures up to 48 months and 24-month No-Cost EMI plans, strengthens affordability. Credit card offers from Flipkart Axis Bank and SBI Card further incentivize purchases, while 24×7 expert assistance ensures confidence and transparency.
The festive season is expected to drive a surge in two-wheeler sales as urban mobility requirements rise and online adoption accelerates. Local buyers are increasingly turning to Flipkart for access to multiple models, convenient financing, and reliable after-sales support, signaling a shift in consumer behavior from traditional showrooms to digital-first platforms. Sujith Agashe, VP – Electronics, Flipkart, emphasized, “Our goal is to make two-wheeler ownership seamless, accessible, and economically viable for all segments of the Indian market.”
