HCLTech, a global technology leader, has announced the opening of applications for its TechBee program, an early career initiative aimed at students who completed Class 12 in 2023, 2024, or will graduate in 2025. The program, designed to help students launch their careers, is open to candidates from across India.
TechBee offers 12 months of intensive training, followed by full-time job placement at HCLTech. Participants can also pursue part-time higher education through partnerships with institutions like BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, and Amity University Online. Eligible students with a background in mathematics or business mathematics can apply for roles in technology.
“Since 2017, TechBee has trained thousands of students, equipping them with job-ready skills and opportunities to work on global projects while continuing their education,” said Subbaraman Balasubramanyan, Senior Vice President at HCLTech. The company has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation and state-level skill development organizations to increase accessibility for students from underrepresented backgrounds.
