IIFL plans to open branches in Northeast to meet home loan demand

IIFL Home Loans, one of India’s leading housing finance companies, has announced a major expansion plan in the east zone of the country with branches in the North-East, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. In addition to this, the company is also planning to add almost 50 branches by next year, which will bring the total number of IIFL Home Loans branches to over 400 across India. IIFL HFL AUM stands more than Rs 26,000+ cr.

IIFL Home Loans is expanding in the east zone of India to cater to the growing demand for home loans and support the government’s efforts to provide housing and promote economic growth. IIFL Home Loans has announced its sponsorship of the Brahmaputra Volleyball League, scheduled to take place from 2nd to 6th April in Duliyaganj, Assam. The company has sponsored 600 kits for underprivileged children participating in the tournament. This sponsorship aims to encourage and support the development of sports in the region, particularly among underprivileged children who may not have access to resources otherwise.

 The tournament promises to be an exciting event, showcasing the talent of young athletes from across the region. Expressing his view on the development, Amit Sengar (Zonal Sales Head, IIFL HFL) said “We look forward to an exciting tournament and wish all the participants the best of luck.”
