To cater to the needs of securities market investors in the state of Meghalaya, SEBI along with stock exchanges NSE and BSE has established an “Investor Service Centre” at Shillong. The centre will resolve investor complaints against listed corporate entities and registered intermediaries in the securities market and conduct investor awareness programs in the state.
Investors can use the centre as a single window contact for investor services at the following address: My Branch Business Centre, 3rd Floor, Singjamei Chinga, Mathak Nameirakpam, Leikai, Imphal West – 795001, Manipur.
The centre, managed by NSE, was inaugurated by Shri Jeevan Sonparote, Chief General Manager, on December 20, 2023, in the presence of Shri Krishnan Iyer, Senior Vice President of NSE, and Shri Debankur Majumdar, Regional Regulatory Head (East) of NSE and other officials from SEBI, NSE and investors.
