LEAD Group’s latest survey, ‘The Pulse of School Leaders Survey,’ has highlighted a marked improvement in educational outcomes for schools using multimodal learning systems. The comprehensive study, covering over 500 private institutions and nearly 1.7 lakh students across India, demonstrates that integrating diverse learning methods significantly benefits student performance compared to traditional textbook-based approaches.
The survey finds that schools utilizing multimodal systems—combining textbooks, digital videos, and interactive activities—report a 93% satisfaction rate in students’ conceptual understanding of Math and Science, compared to 85% for those relying on traditional methods. Confidence levels and English proficiency also see enhancements, with 87% and 79% of school leaders, respectively, reporting superior results.
In Patna, the shift towards multimodal learning is gaining traction. Local educational institutions adopting these innovative methods are experiencing improved student engagement and academic results. This trend addresses longstanding issues such as inadequate infrastructure and outdated teaching techniques prevalent in the region, offering a promising solution for local educational challenges.
