Mahindra’s Bangladeshi branch stops operating and disappears. Mahindra & Mahindra said on Tuesday that Mahindra Bangladesh Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, had shut down.
On March 14, 2023, Mahindra Bangladesh Pvt Ltd (MBPL) called its last extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, at which the ultimate voluntary winding up was agreed, according to a statement from Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M).
As a result, it said, MBPL has been liquidated and has ceased to exist as of March 14, 2023
