The SPARK initiative has significantly transformed young minds through interventions in communication, soft skills, positive thinking, and kindness. It equips students with vital skills for future challenges, improving behavior, confidence, and academic engagement. The initiative has broken inhibitions, improved speaking abilities, and developed critical thinking. Teachers and school leaders are urged to lead by example and inspire students to adopt these principles.
