NSE and BSE have established an Investor Service Centres

SEBI, along with NSE and BSE, has established Investor Service Centres in Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Punjab, and West Bengal to serve investors in securities markets. These centres, managed by NSE, offer query resolution, complaint resolution, and assistance in filing complaints on the SEBI Scores Portal and Smart ODR Portal.

The ISC centres in Bhopal, Coimbatore, Jabalpur, Jodhpur, Ludhiana, and Siliguri will serve as learning and knowledge centres for investment-related products and queries, such as Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds, Sovereign Gold Bonds, Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Infrastructure Investment Trusts.

These centres are open to all investors interested in learning, understanding, and investing in the securities market. NSE MD & CEO, Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan, stated that the centres will facilitate the resolution of complaints against listed corporate entities and registered intermediaries in the securities market and conduct investor awareness programs in the states.
