Samsung India introduces the eighth edition of its E.D.G.E. Campus Program

Samsung India has launched its eighth edition of its Samsung E.D.G.E program, inviting students from 35 Indian institutions to work on real-world problem statements. The event, which will include top B-Schools, engineering colleges, and design schools, will provide students with the chance to learn from Samsung’s top leaders and develop unique solutions.

The program will be divided into three rounds. The first round will focus on ideation, with teams collaborating to create an executive case summary. After the campus round, 45 shortlisted teams will move to the regional round, where they present detailed solutions. The top 10 teams will be mentored by Samsung leaders, and the final 10 teams will compete in a National Round, with the top three teams announced as winners.

Teams of three students from various specializations will present innovative solutions, showcasing leadership skills. The top three teams will win cash prizes, a flagship Galaxy smartphone, and potential Samsung collaboration opportunities.  Mr. Sameer Wadhawan, Head, Human Resources, Samsung India said, “As we step into the eighth edition of the program, we are certain that the budding talent participating in this initiative will build insightful solutions that would help in tackling business challenges”,
