With a steadfast commitment to handloom craftsmanship, Shital’s enterprise, M/S Sikkim Handloom and Handicrafts, is not just a business but is an example to sustainable practices and quality craftsmanship. Trained under MSDE’s Skill India Mission from 2014 to 2017, Shital transformed her passion into a thriving venture, employing twenty individuals and generating an annual income exceeding Rs. 25 lakhs.
