In 2023 we saw around 15 startups that permanently shut down their operations in this year. Pillow and FrontRow were some of the big names that bit the dust in 2023, having raised $21 Mn and $18 Mn respectively, during their lifetimes. The rest of the list includes names like Akudo,OSlash,Anar,etc. This is actually bad news as many startups are shutting down which shows that in India business environment is not that good.
Today many people in India want to start a big business but everyone didn’t get success. As we know doing business is very risky as there is chance of profit and loss. Actually startups are very important for India and need their success. We need to make an environment so that many people get encouraged to start a startup and become successful. As we know failure is pillar of success and from this we will be able to make a better future.
