State chief minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting Naga cultural heritage during the Sekrenyi-cum-Mini Hornbill Festival at Naga Heritage Village. He expressed gratitude for an honorary doctorate from North East Christian University and called for continued efforts to protect and nurture Naga traditions. Rio shared his experiences as a contractor and acknowledged constitutional safeguards provided by India, such as Article 371(A).
