The state-run hydropower behemoth NHPC announced on Tuesday that a large landslide in Sikkim had affected its 510 MW Teesta-V Power Station, resulting in an estimated loss of roughly Rs 327.67 crore. The power facility is currently not operating and is undergoing restoration work following the October 2023 flash flood, according to the company's regulatory filing.
