Tata Motors launches nationwide ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’ to boost after-sales services for commercial vehicles

Tata Motors, India’s foremost commercial vehicle manufacturer, has launched its much-anticipated ‘Customer Care Mahotsav 2024.’ Running from October 23 to December 24, this extensive program is designed to enhance the after-sales experience for commercial vehicle owners across the country. Through over 2,500 authorized service outlets, the initiative offers vehicle check-ups, driver training, and an array of value-added services under the company’s Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
