Tata Technology is all set to return to the initial public offering (IPO) market after nearly two decades. As per reports, the company will launch its IPO on November 22 of this month as an offer-for-sale (OFS).
According to the sources, This IPO will be the first from Tata Group since the successful listing of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2004.
The company said, “We now wish to inform you that the Company has been informed by Tata Technologies Limited that it has filed today, the RHP dated Monday, November 13, 2023, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra in Pune.”
