Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) successfully concluded the ‘Great 4X4 Expedition’ in west region, a remarkable event that seamlessly brought together the excitement of off-roading adventure and a strong sense of environmental conservation. Toyota held a 4X4 experiential drive in Lonavala from September 8th to 10th, aiming to connect with 4×4 enthusiasts and create unforgettable experiences with its diverse SUVs. The flagship event began in May 2023 and has progressed through the Western regional drive, showcasing Toyota’s commitment to providing unique experiences for the 4×4 community.
The expedition commenced in Lonavala, leading the participants on a scenic route to the enchanting Rajmachi waterfalls. A convoy of Toyota’s 4×4 SUVs, including the Hilux, LC300, Fortuner, and Hyryder AWD, embarked on a thrilling adventure, showcasing their exceptional off-road capabilities and cutting-edge technology.
The expedition included participants from various Toyota and other SUV brands. Mr. Vikram Gulati, Country Head and Executive Vice President of Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, “Further, in our journey towards sustainability and carbon neutrality, we also undertook eco-efforts with virtual tree plantation, wherein NGO – Sankalp Taru planted saplings on behalf of each participant, thereby contributing positively to nature and our planet.”
