Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has unveiled ‘Ujjivan Rewardz’, a new multi-tier loyalty program exclusively for its resident savings account holders. Aimed at enhancing customer engagement, the initiative rewards users for a range of digital banking activities.
In collaboration with AdvantageClub.ai, a loyalty solutions provider, Ujjivan Rewardz enables customers to earn reward points through actions such as account opening, digital transactions (UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS), recurring deposits, and bill payments. These points, valid for up to two years, can be redeemed for vouchers in categories like lifestyle, travel, shopping, and entertainment.

The bank emphasized the program’s low spend threshold and inclusion of UPI-based rewards as customer-centric features.
