In the wake of Cyclone Remal’s devastation, Vi is stepping up to assist its customers in Assam and the Northeast by extending prepaid service validity and offering free data. Recognizing the importance of staying connected during emergencies, Vi has extended prepaid validity by four days for residents of Barak Valley, Meghalaya, Manipur, and Mizoram.
The telecom giant is also providing 1GB of additional data and a few free outgoing minutes at no extra cost to select customers in the affected regions.
