A video of a young kid was captured on social media being tortured badly with tide hands by three men from Krishnapur, Hailakandi, Assam.
According to the sources, the victim tortured allegedly for involvement in a theft case, he broke into the house without permission. Later after being accused, he was tormented having his head tonsured, having someone else urinate on him, and having both of his hands bound with rope.
Hailakandi Superintendent of Police has already taken the people who were involved in torturing the kid into custody.
Assam Director General of Police GP Singh instructed the Superintendent of Police of the Hailakandi district to take prompt legal action in response to the widely circulated video from Hailakandi showing a person being tortured. And also arrest every suspect those were involved.
