Sony is planning to call of mega merger with Zee Entertainment Enterprises. As per sources, the mega merge will be of 10 billion.
Zee stated, “Company is committed to the merger with Sony and is continuing to work towards a successful closure of the proposed merger.”
Additional, the company has also denied to all the claims.
